The challenge is not only the jersey design. League projects need reliable player data, color control, numbering and team-by-team packing.

Create one approved color list and naming system before design work starts. This reduces duplicate or confusing colors across multiple teams and helps production maintain consistency.
Use one spreadsheet with team name, player name, jersey number, size and quantity. Freeze the file before production and clearly mark any late changes instead of sending separate messages.
For large leagues, sublimation can simplify multi-color graphics and numbering. Other methods may be appropriate for simpler designs or specific fabric requirements. Confirm durability, fabric weight and fit during sampling.
Ask for team-by-team packing, labeled cartons or player-set packing if distribution will happen at one venue. Good packing can save more operational time than a small unit-price reduction.
Save approved artwork, color references, size chart, numbering style and production notes. That makes mid-season replacements and the next season easier to reproduce.
