The easiest way to control cost, sizing errors and delivery risk is to plan match kits, training apparel, staff wear and packing as one program before production starts.
Separate first team, youth teams, coaches, staff and supporters. Each group may need a different fit, fabric, decoration method and quantity. Building the matrix first prevents duplicated styles and inconsistent colors.
Confirm jersey fit, collar, sleeve construction, fabric weight, ventilation, shorts, socks, player names, numbers, sponsor positions and color references. For sublimated designs, approve the full artwork layout before sampling.
Typical club programs combine training tees, polos, tracksuits, jackets, hoodies and bags. Reusing the same color system and branding rules makes repeat orders easier and keeps the club identity consistent.
Use one final roster for size, name and number. Freeze that file before production and record late changes separately. For multi-team orders, team-by-team packing can reduce sorting work after delivery.
Check fit, fabric hand-feel, printed color, number size, sponsor placement, collar comfort and wash performance. A good approval sample is a production reference, not just a visual mockup.
Keep an approved specification, artwork files, color references and size chart. This makes mid-season top-ups faster and reduces the chance that a second batch looks different from the first.
