Pickleball Buyer Guide

How to Build a Pickleball Club Merchandise Program

A strong pickleball program should serve players, staff, tournaments and retail without creating too many SKUs. Start with the role each product needs to play.

01

Start With Three Product Roles

Separate the range into performance, identity and retail. Performance pieces are used on court. Identity pieces make staff, coaches and members look connected. Retail pieces should be easy to wear away from the court.

  • Performance: tees, polos, tanks, shorts and socks
  • Identity: caps, staff tops, coach apparel and team bags
  • Retail: lifestyle tees, hoodies, hats and accessories
02

Keep the First Drop Focused

For a new club or league, a smaller coordinated range usually performs better than a large catalog. A practical first launch can be built around one performance top, one bottom, one cap and one lifestyle item.

03

Plan Sizing and Reorders Before Production

Collect player or member sizing early, keep a master size chart, and define which products may need repeat orders. Repeat-friendly core colors and stable specifications make the second order much easier.

04

Use Tournament Merchandise Differently

Tournament products can support participants, staff, sponsors and spectators. Separate operational items from retail merchandise so quantities and packing are easier to manage.

05

What Changes MOQ and Price?

MOQ and unit price depend on fabric, construction, custom dyeing, number of colors, decoration, labels and packaging. A logo on an existing base style is usually easier to start than a fully custom private-label garment.

Information to Send for a Quote

Send the club or league type, approximate quantities, products needed, artwork, target date, delivery country and any preferred fabric or fit. If the project has multiple teams or tournament groups, include the expected breakdown.
