KITSPAN uses project information to respond to sourcing requests and optional first-party analytics to improve the website. We do not sell inquiry data or use third-party advertising trackers on this site.
When you send a project brief, we may store your name, email, company or club, country, project requirements, quantities, target dates, budget information and any optional file you upload. We use this information to review your request, prepare quotations, communicate about samples or production, and support related business activity.
With your permission, KITSPAN records first-party analytics such as pages viewed, visit source, campaign parameters and randomly generated visitor and session identifiers. This helps us understand which sports, solutions and buyer resources are useful. Analytics are not required to submit an inquiry.
On your first visit, you can choose “Essential only” or “Allow analytics.” You can reopen Privacy settings from the footer at any time. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, optional analytics do not start unless you explicitly allow them.
For security and traffic analysis, network addresses are stored only as a one-way hash rather than a readable IP address. Administrative and API pages are excluded from search indexing and are restricted to authorized users.
Optional artwork and specification files submitted with an inquiry are stored in KITSPAN's project environment and are accessible through the authenticated administration area. We retain business records only as needed for project, operational, legal and security purposes.
