KITSPAN uses project information to respond to sourcing requests and automatic first-party website measurement to understand traffic and improve the site. We do not sell inquiry data. Advertising storage and ad personalization are disabled by this site.
Project inquiry information
When you send a project brief, we may store your name, email, company or club, country, project requirements, quantities, target dates, budget information and any optional file you upload. We use this information to review your request, prepare quotations, communicate about samples or production, and support related business activity.
Automatic first-party website measurement
KITSPAN automatically records basic first-party traffic data such as pages viewed, visit source, campaign parameters, country when available, browser/device information and successful project-brief submissions. This measurement is cookieless: visitor and session identifiers are generated on the KITSPAN server from pseudonymous technical signals and are used only for KITSPAN website operations and performance analysis.
Third-party analytics
KITSPAN backend traffic reporting does not depend on Google Analytics or OKKI. Third-party analytics, when separately enabled, remain subject to their own privacy controls and are not required for KITSPAN first-party visitor statistics.
No analytics consent banner required for KITSPAN first-party counts
KITSPAN does not require visitors to click an analytics permission button before basic first-party traffic is counted. The site does not use this first-party measurement for advertising profiles or cross-site tracking.
Network and security data
For security and first-party traffic analysis, network addresses stored by KITSPAN are retained only as a one-way hash rather than a readable IP address. Administrative and API pages are excluded from search indexing and are restricted to authorized users.
Files and project records
Optional artwork and specification files submitted with an inquiry are stored in KITSPAN's project environment and are accessible through the authenticated administration area. We retain business records only as needed for project, operational, legal and security purposes.
Your choices and requests
You may contact KITSPAN to request correction or deletion of inquiry information, subject to legal and operational retention requirements. For privacy requests, email sales@givebest-gift.com.
Clearer traffic numbers in the KITSPAN admin
Basic website visits are measured automatically by KITSPAN so visitor, pageview, source and conversion reports are not understated simply because a visitor did not click an analytics consent button.
